Changing Equations following Elections-2014 in India

One thing Congress did right in the whole span of their ten years tenure was to install Pranav Mukherjee as the president of India. This was in stark contrast to its (Congress') last recruitment in the form of Pratibha Patil, who was a shame in the name of the "first person" of the biggest democracy of the world. She operated all along, in the behest of Sonia Gandhi and at the expense of tax payers' money!! Anyway, at least as per records, the current president is a sensible man and more importantly could neutralise the loyalty rather quickly ,as soon as he assumed the top position, at least till date. It is also hoped that he is going to carve out the best possible solution in the national interest, when it comes to start the procedure of Government formation.

When, the exit polls can be highly biased and not a true representative of what could happen in the present political scenario, my guess is NDA will still fall short of 272 mark by around 20-40 seats and this is a very difficult situation to deal with. Despite the best media snooping, sting operations etc., the horse trading can hardly be checked. To be pragmatic, not beating around the bush, AAP will garner not less than 20 seats. and they will be the political watch dogs, making  an entry to the Parliament.

My belief is some regional parties like BJD will play a larger than life role and I hope Naveen Pattnayak will behave sensibly this time, by keeping a distance from Deve Gowda, Mulayam, Lalu, Amma like people. He has a clean image and he should do something in the national and his own state interest. The same applies to Didi as well but she will continue to be adamant. Afterall, its her vow to keep India underperforming and still trying to rule it. To me, she is another communist with a mask. These kind of people are best avoided, even any consultation. But, alas, they play a vital role and would have to be accounted for. However, this lady should be the last person to go to, as far as Modi is concerned.

Coming back to Modi, assuming that he is annointed the top job amidst all the cautious exercise. I guess he will take some practical steps to be digested as doable by people in a five year plan. I dont think its a Himalayan Bojh!! Sushma might have the home department and hopefully few new portfolios, which are unheard of are created like department of employment. Congress leaders can go for a five year nap with the stock of wealth gathered over last ten years!!

He should first lock up Salman Khursid, Farooq Abdullah, Beni prasad and few others (no no, lets keep Digvijay Singh out of loop, he is a happy man now with romance in the cards, he is anyway, not even worth-it for a seat in Tihar) for their anti-India remarks. They are the true supporter of the terror outfits!! Mulayam Singh should be left to his fate as he will have a silent end like Deve Gowda. Its a pity that Lalu is expecting 8-10 seats in Bihar and JDU may be one in the form of Prakash Jha. I think BJP could pitch in Jaswant Singh from Bihar, just to give him a ticket and make happy, than letting it go to (Lalu) Yadavs.

More predictions to follow..
Stay tuned..

Jai Hind!!
